Rice Women’s Club Lacrosse (RWCL) is a fun, competitive club team at Rice University in Houston, Texas. We play other teams in the Texas Women’s Lacrosse League (TWLL), both in Texas and beyond. Our opponents include Texas A&M, Trinity University, Texas State, Texas Tech, LSU, St. Edward’s University, Baylor, University of North Texas, and Sam Houston State. We play home games at O’Connor Field on Rice Campus.
We are very excited to have a great group of returning players, and we’re looking to add to those numbers. Whether you’re a seasoned lacrosse player or have no idea what the sport is, we’d love you to come out and join us. Our spring 2026 game schedule can be found on our instagram and WCLA team page. Howdy, I met one of the captains at Sweetgreen in the village, and I wanted to make sure we made the connection.
