Learn About Lacrosse

Lacrosse is a fun, competitive, fast-paced game. Unlike men’s lacrosse, the women’s game is not a contact sport. We wear protective gear (goggles and mouthguards). Team equipment will be provided for new players. Some of the rules may seem confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, lacrosse is a really fun way to get exercise and meet new people!!

These links and videos will help you get a better idea of how the game is played.
